Charfield Out of School Club is a non-profit making organisation offering up to 24 places for children from Charfield Primary School and the surrounding villages. We aim to provide a quality childcare provision before and after school, during the school holidays and on in-service days when the schools are closed. We are open to all children aged from Reception upwards.
The Club is run by a team of excellent staff in conjunction with a parent committee. All the staff are warm, friendly and caring and you will always receive a big welcome at our club.
Our latest OFSTED report gave us an OUTSTANDING report.

The club is held in the The Foundation Room, situated on the premises of Charfield Primary School. We open daily from 7.30am to 8.40am and from 3.10pm to 6.00pm during term-time.
On in-service days and school holidays, the club opens from 7.30am to 6pm. In addition, we offer half-day, school-day and working day sessions during the holidays. We offer all sorts of different packages to suit everyone's needs – so you only pay for the care you require. Our service is designed to be "parent friendly" and fit in with your lifestyle either as a working parent or as a parent who wants a break. All our parents experience all the problems of juggling a career and looking after school aged children.
We aim to provide a fun, safe environment where your children can play and relax after school. During the school term, we provide breakfast which consists of a choice of cereals, toast, fresh fruit and fruit juices. We deliver the infant children to their classrooms. The children receive an afternoon snack during term-time.
Our Holiday Club takes children from 10 different schools in our area. We have a different topic each holiday and organise arts and crafts, cooking and games. We also help the children get to know one another by bring them together for team games and competitions during the day. The children get a morning and afternoon snack, and they bring their own packed lunch.
