| Tuesday 6th May Charfield netball team played Crossways Junior school at home. Crossways had two teams of 7 and Charfield had 3 subs and a team of 7. The game started at about 4:00pm. There were 4 quarters which were 10 minutes each. First Charfield played Crossways (blue) team (they were really tall!) With two goals in the first half from Charfield and 14 from Crossways! Everyone thought Charfield played they’re socks off in the face of adversity! During half time a snack of oranges and a drink of squash were enjoyed in true netball style.

Second half saw Charfield pitted against crossways second (red) team. Charfield picked up their game, giving Crossways a run for their money with a closer end score of 9-6 to Crossways. The afternoon was enjoyed by many supporters and players. Charfield players worked hard, did very well and are looking forward to match number 2! |
