CHARFIELD PRIMARY SCHOOL CELEBRATE THE ROYAL WEDDING

Throughout the week leading up to the Royal Wedding the children were getting ready for the big event on Friday
	On Wednesday 27th April the children took part in a street party to celebrate the Royal Wedding. The children to come to school dressed in RED, WHITE and BLUE. At lunchtime our kitchen team prepared a feast that we will shared together in the playground. In the afternoon the children, in their classes will be visiting different celebration activities set up by our team of teachers.
On Thursday 28th April our Reception class took part in their own wedding ceremony at St John’s Church. Viv the Vicar performed the ceremony while all the children had their roles to play in the event. After the wedding the children returned to their class for the wedding reception.
