Charfield Primary School’s unique ‘Dads Day’ event was a huge success this year. A staggering 91 men dressed in costumes such as policemen, famous detectives and spies, spent the day with their children.
The day, with a police and spies theme, let the whole school take part in activities such as solving mysteries, taking finger-prints, tracking criminals, designing detective gadgets and other exciting activities around the school.
To end the day a murder/mystery play was performed and directed by some Charfield pupils and dads. The drama activity was organised by Ms Clare-Hudson and students from KLB.
Everyone enjoyed the day. Thanks have to go to Mrs Flemming for her hard work coordinating the day and the men who spent the day working with their children. |
